Fulfillment Timeline

All products are made to order. Production typically takes 2–7 business days after your order is confirmed. This is production time, not shipping time — it covers printing, quality checks, and packaging.

Shipping Estimates by Region

After production, shipping estimates are as follows. These are estimates based on carrier averages, not guarantees:

United States: 3–7 business days (standard), 2–4 business days (expedited)
Canada: 5–12 business days (standard)
Europe: 5–15 business days (standard)
Australia/New Zealand: 8–18 business days (standard)
Rest of World: 8–25 business days (standard)

Delays

Shipping delays may occur due to carrier congestion, customs processing, weather, holidays, or other factors beyond our control. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs authorities. If your order has not arrived within the maximum estimated window, contact support and we will investigate with the carrier.

Tracking

Tracking information is provided via email once your order ships. Not all carriers provide real-time tracking in all regions.

Customs and Duties

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees imposed by your country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the product price or shipping cost.

Free Shipping Pass — Member Benefit

The Free Shipping Pass provides free standard shipping on eligible orders for activated pass holders. Terms and conditions of the pass:

Covers standard shipping method only — expedited and express not included
Applies to eligible items only — specific products may be excluded based on size, weight, or fulfillment constraints
One shipping address per order — split shipments to multiple addresses are not covered
Does not stack with other promotions or discounts unless explicitly stated
Regional availability may vary
